I’m a web strategy and digital growth leader with over a decade of experience driving website transformation, user experience optimization, and measurable business growth. My background spans web strategy, UX, development, experimentation, localization, and digital marketing, with a strong focus on building websites that function as scalable growth engines.
As Senior Manager of Web Strategy and Development at Sysdig, I lead global web strategy and development across a large digital ecosystem, overseeing website performance, analytics, experimentation, localization, and cross-functional execution in support of pipeline growth and go-to-market priorities. I directed Sysdig’s migration from WordPress to Webflow across a 20,000+ page global website, led localization efforts for Japan, Italy, France, and Germany, and helped drive meaningful post-launch growth in qualified demand.
Previously, at Sigma Computing, I led web development and optimization for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, driving gains in traffic, visibility, MQLs, and SQLs through SEO, SEM, CRO, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in my career, I led digital web production at the San Francisco Symphony, where I helped launch major digital initiatives and contributed to significant subscription growth through website improvements and UX optimization.
I also founded Chelsea Belmont Digital Agency, where I’ve helped more than 25 clients build and refine their digital presence through strategic, conversion-focused web and brand experiences.
